Often the exit to the balcony in panel houses is located in the living room and this is a great opportunity to increase the area of 17 square meters! The only nuance is that the balcony must be insulated.

If you dismantle the double-glazed window, a work or dining table will fit on the windowsill. Without dismantling, a creative or work corner, a storage area can be placed on the insulated balcony.
