• King. 193*203 cm.

Since the bedding is designed for the dimensions of the sleeping places, using American linen on a Russian bed is problematic, but possible. The main thing is to consider the numbers:

Double and Euro

The set is designed for a bed on which two people sleep: therefore, the duvet covers here are wide (~180*210), the sheets are selected according to the mattress – standard: 200×220, but there can be 240×260.

The difference between Euro and regular double bed linen is the number of pillowcases: Euro has 4 (2 squares, 2 rectangles), while double bed linen has 2.

Russian manufacturers prefer square shapes, while European and Chinese manufacturers prefer rectangular shapes.

Family

The main difference between a family set is 2 duvet covers. They are not as wide as in Euro (~150*210), suitable for medium-sized blankets.

Euro-maxi

Children’s sizes

• For newborns. Regular mattresses in cradles are 60 by 120 centimeters. In addition to a set of 3 items, bumpers are often used – pillows that protect the baby from hitting the edges of the crib.
• For small children. Since babies quickly grow in height, the width of the mattress remains 60, and the length increases to 140.
• For teenagers. A single teenage bed is 80×160. But it will be more comfortable to sleep on a meter-long single bed or a one-and-a-half bed.

When choosing children’s bed linen, you should take into account the length, width, height (for stretch models) of the mattress, the parameters of the blanket and pillow.

The design for children is brighter, more colorful than for adults, but if you want, you can buy textiles in neutral shades without a pattern or with a minimalist print.
