In OBI, the cost of delivery is calculated using a calculator. It will be free if you ordered goods weighing up to 5 kg and costing from 5,000 rubles, located in the first zone (within the Moscow Ring Road + 20 km from the Moscow Ring Road), or from 5 to 30 kg costing 10,000 rubles.

Delivery conditions in Leroy Merlin depend on the delivery zone, the selected tariff, additional services and the weight of the goods in the order, there is no free delivery.

The cheapest delivery is at the Petrovich store under the “After 20:00” promotion. The minimum order amount is 2,000 rubles, the maximum total weight of goods is 100 kg, the maximum length is 3 meters. The cost of delivery for other rates can be easily calculated on the website.

Return

You can return quality goods to OBI within a year or three years if you are a member of the OBI Club Bonus or Novosyol. The hypermarket will refund your money if the product’s appearance is preserved and you provide a document confirming the purchase.

Leroy Merlin allows you to return the goods within 100 days from the date of purchase. If you are the owner of a service card, the period is significantly increased to one year. To get your money back, you need to present a receipt, the product in its original packaging, and your passport/license.

In Petrovich, goods of proper quality can be returned with a receipt within 360 days from the date of purchase. It is important that it has not been used and that the product and consumer properties are preserved. Seals and factory labels must not be damaged.

Loyalty programs and bonuses

OBI provides a 5% discount on all hypermarket products to holders of the VIP card, as well as the “Novosyol” card. With the “OBI Bonus” card, you can accumulate bonuses and pay up to 50% of the cost of purchases with them.

The “Petrovich Friends Club” loyalty program allows you to pay for any goods with accumulated points or exchange them for prizes from a special catalog. To join the club, it is enough to purchase goods for at least 20,000 rubles.

At Leroy Merlin, the card does not provide economic benefits, but it increases the warranty period and allows you to make a return without a receipt.
