Art against the backdrop of Scandinavian style: Andrey Malakhov
The apartment of the famous TV presenter is a harmonious combination of monochromatic gray with wooden elements. The discreet decoration serves as a background for the bright art objects that Andrey collects. Thanks to the color combination and the minimum number of walls, the apartment of about 200 square meters looks even more spacious and airy.
For Malakhov, this space is a place where he can escape the bustle of the city and spend time with family or friends. The spacious living room serves as a dining room, and sometimes parties are held here. There is a large dressing room and a guest bedroom. But functionality is not in the foreground in the design of the apartment: the main emphasis is on demonstrating works of art and books.
“I collect art on an emotional level, my collection includes both young and famous artists,” says Andrey.
The refrigerator in the form of a red Fiat Smeg and the display cabinets made on order.
Country house of Sergey Lazarev
The two-story mansion of Sergey and his mother is located near Mozhaisk. The kitchen-living room on the first floor was equipped by the employees of the “First Channel” for the program “Idealny Remont”.
The interior uses neutral shades. The mint-colored kitchen in the style of modern classics was made especially for the project. It is separated by a bar counter with a storage system in the form of cabinets with lighting.
The fireplace is made of firebrick, and porcelain stoneware and light marble are used as finishing. The soft corner is decorated with a bright blue sofa, and the dining area has matching armchairs. There are family photos on the walls.
Basta’s apartment for a large family
The famous Russian rapper Vasily Vakulenko bought an apartment with an open plan and immediately decided to divide the space into separate rooms so that each family member had their own corner. The main colors were muted gray, wood and white with accents of brass. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a transparent glass partition. Modern finishing goes well with vintage elements in the form of furniture and aged parquet.
The bedroom is decorated with abstract paintings of the 20th century. The interior of the nursery uses mint and pink tones.
Service apartment in Moscow: Ksenia Sobchak
A small but impressive apartment in a modern style consists of only two rooms and is decorated in red and gray tones.
The central element of the living room is a luxurious velvet sofa. There is a convenient console near the wall that serves as a bar counter. The bed in the cozy bedroom is made of natural wood, and the headboard is decorated with white leather. Berry accents are also supported in the small kitchen. The red refrigerator on a black and gray background echoes the chairs in lingonberry tones.
Ksenia chose the furniture herself, trying to find things with a history. The chest of drawers made of natural oak deserves special attention. It was dried for 16 years, which gave it special strength and chic.
“Ideal renovation” by Dmitry Nagiyev
The employees of Channel One helped to create a cozy kitchen-living room and bedroom for the most famous Russian showman. His apartment is located in a Stalinist high-rise.
The Provence-style kitchen is located on a semicircular podium. The spacious room is full of light thanks to the cream tones that dominate the decoration. A soft striped sofa adds a special coziness. The bedroom in muted tones also invites to rest and relaxation: the central element is a classic-style bed with a figured headboard and a storage system underneath. It is surprising that the TV presenter’s interior does not match his brutal image at all.
Dima Bilan’s 400 sq m cottage
The construction and renovation of the house lasted about three years. The main colors were brown, gray and terracotta.
The living room and recreation room are finished with brick, and the flooring is expensive parquet. The spacious guest room has a snow-white sofa, a grand piano and several armchairs. The floor is decorated with a handmade Turkish carpet. Along the walls there are open shelves for books and souvenirs.
On the second floor there is a recreation room with a huge sofa, the highlight of which is a transparent hanging bubble chair. The bedroom is decorated in dark gray and wood tones. One of the walls is occupied by a wardrobe with glossy doors.
Valeria’s luxurious apartment
Initially, the living space of the star family occupied half the area. Over time, Valeria and Iosif Prigozhin bought their neighbors’ apartment and combined it with theirs. There was a lot of space, but not enough windows, so they invited the famous English designer Gaban O’Keefe to solve this difficult problem. The interior turned out to be explosive and impressive. Glossy surfaces in the form of mirror panels, ceilings and tiled floors help distribute the light evenly.
All built-in furniture is custom-made, and fabrics and decor are created based on the designer’s sketches.
The extravagant interior of the apartment resembles a luxury yacht, which is very much liked by its star owners.
Yana Rudkovskaya’s snow-white interior
Rudkovskaya and Plushenko’s apartment is located in St. Petersburg on Krestovsky Island. At first, Yana wanted a white kitchen, but she hesitated for a long time, as the color seemed impractical. But it turned out that it is easy to take care of the set, and it is also a great discipline.
The snow-white design soon spread to the entire interior. The owners do not need color accents: this way they do not distract the family from the most important thing – communication. “And if you want color, just look out the window: the park always looks different, and the sunsets here are not alike,” says Yana.
The kitchen in the apartment is combined with the living room. The floor is made of bleached oak boards. Many accessories were brought from Italy and America.
As we can see, many Russian celebrities have abandoned pomp, furnishing their apartments and houses in a laconic and stylish manner. Most famous couples especially value home comfort, preferring interiors in muted tones without unnecessary gloss and shine.
