Project of a two-room apartment of 57 sq. m.

The main task of the designers was to remake a two-room Stalin-era building with a standard layout into a modern, unique studio apartment with one separate bedroom.

The project provides for dividing the studio space into three parts – a dining room, a kitchen and a living room. To turn the room into a guest bedroom, it is enough to unfold the modular sofa.

For the project, the craftsmen chose multifunctional products from Ninfea. So, an innovative bed was placed in the bedroom, which makes it possible to change the location of the armrest, thereby increasing the convenience of watching TV. Near the window, the designers placed a desk, smoothly turning into a TV stand. The latter can be transformed into an elegant bookcase.

The overall concept of the interior is maintained in light shades. The bathroom has a special color palette – orange glossy tiles, perfectly combined with pure white plumbing. The washing machine was hidden in a niche, above which open shelves for accessories were placed.

A three-room apartment of 57 sq. m. has a minimalist design. The white range of shades adds volume and space to a small area. Visually, the rooms increase, filling with light and freshness.

The highlight of the project was a panoramic window (from ceiling to floor), which was installed in place of the dismantled balcony.

The designers carried out a major redevelopment – the kitchen was moved to the living room, and In its place they made a children’s room.

The bedroom has increased in size, thanks to a well-thought-out storage system – in a huge built-in closet, in the armrests of the bed and even behind the curtains.

We also managed to arrange two separate bathrooms.

Here the designers have done a great job, the project of a three-room apartment includes a large living room, a maximally spacious bathroom, a separate bedroom and an isolated private area.

The following aspects were affected by the remodeling of the living room:

• it was moved to the far part of the apartment;
• the original area was reduced in favor of the dressing room;
• a biofuel fireplace was installed, while real firewood was placed nearby for decoration.

Modern interior design does not provide for a clutter of furniture and other accessories, so in the dining room everything is in a minimalist style – a round table and four soft chairs, decorated in white covers.

A small glass coffee table was installed in the kitchen.

The bedroom wall was decorated with a huge mirror, increasing the space, and a beautiful blackout curtain was hung on the window.

Another interesting design move is a storage system hung on the wall. It is common for the dining room and the hallway and allows you to conveniently place essential items. The apartment does not have a bathroom, but it does have an extended toilet with a built-in washing machine.

Project of a studio apartment with an area of 57 sq. m.

The studio apartment is decorated in one of the most popular modern styles – “loft”. It is dominated by strict geometric shapes, an effective combination of textures and color solutions. The entire dwelling is divided into several multifunctional zones.

The kitchen space is harmoniously combined with the dining room. It rationally accommodates a linear set with a snow-white countertop, contrasting with the dark facades. Part of the work area provides a peninsula with a sink. The latter smoothly turns into a table for quick snacks and small family gatherings.

The studio apartment furniture also includes an elegant glass table and a functional coffee-colored sofa.

The highlight of the project is a mirror partition rotating on its axis with spectacular lighting. It allows you to harmoniously separate the bedroom from the living room, change the viewing angle of the built-in TV, place books on the shelves, and visually increase the space.

In the bedroom, the designers gave the interior a unique look by creating a texture on the walls that imitates brickwork. In the bed area, they placed abstract photos with bright backlighting. One of the walls is occupied by a large built-in closet.

In the process of implementing a project for the design of an apartment of 57 sq. m. the architects took into account a number of requirements put forward by the owners, namely: the presence of spacious storage spaces (including sports equipment), a double bed and a multifunctional work area – an office.

First of all, a redevelopment was carried out, during which they got rid of the partition between the living room and the hallway. Instead, an open shelving unit was placed there. They also removed the doors in the kitchen. Thanks to this, it was possible to correctly install the equipment.

The main color when creating the design of a 57 sq. m. became a shade imitating natural wood. In the bedroom, turquoise tones were added, and in the kitchen, snow-white.
