Figure “Flower (Rose)”
A napkin folded with your own hands in the shape of a rose is a decoration for any festive event (a fun noisy party, a quiet feast or another holiday). It is made simply and quickly from paper of different colors. You can also use fabric for the rose.
Stages of production:
- Fold the napkin diagonally with the wrong side inward.
- Make 2 consecutive folds 2-3 cm wide along the long side.
- Turn 90° and carefully bend the end, forming a ring.
- Twist the napkin along the long side, as shown in the photo.
- Fix the end by pushing it between the folded layers.
- Straighten the protruding ends by slightly pulling them upward and holding the lower element with your hand. This is how flower petals are imitated.
- Turn the napkin over so that the “petals” are located at the bottom. The upper element is folded in the form of a rosebud. The result is a beautiful flower.
The rose flower turns out very picturesque. It looks good on a served table. Cover the surface with a tablecloth, put cutlery next to the dish, place a glass and a candle.
