Layout of a one-room apartment-swing

The long, narrow layout of the room had windows on the short walls, so the designer refused to have interior walls, and separated the functional zones with the help of draperies and shelves. The zones that need daylight are located near the windows: living and kitchen. Utility rooms, namely a wardrobe and a small laundry room, were placed in the center, the darkest place in the apartment.

Apartment storage ideas

The apartment space is equipped with a large number of storage spaces, all of which are hidden from view and do not interfere with the perception of the interior. For example, the ironing board is hidden by a mirror in the kitchen, if you don’t know it, you won’t notice it. The dressing room built in the center of the one-room apartment separates the living and kitchen spaces. On the kitchen side, there are deep niches for dishes in the wall of the dressing room.

Design of a kitchen

The kitchen set was placed in a line along the wall adjacent to the opposite windows, and in the center there was a dining area – a large rectangular table surrounded by chairs.

Design of a living room-bedroom

The living part of the apartment is divided into two zones with different purposes: the one intended for sleeping is located near the window space, the living room with a TV stand is closer to the dressing room.

Bathroom design

The “highlight” of the project of a one-room apartment-swing is the unusual bathroom: from it you can get to the toilet by going up the stairs to another high level. This decision was dictated by the interior design of the house, and what was perceived as an inconvenience, the designer managed to turn into an advantage.
