  1. Crush the chalk thoroughly and take 2 tablespoons;
  2. dissolve in 1 liter of water;

Vinegar

Using vinegar water, we will prepare an effective remedy against streaks. To do this, add 50 ml of vinegar to a glass of warm water.

It will be more convenient to apply the solution from a spray bottle.

Spray the window and wipe the windows dry with a microfiber cloth.

Potassium permanganate

Almost every first aid kit contains potassium permanganate, but not everyone knows about its useful properties for cleaning. Therefore, do not rush to throw away these bottles, because with their help you can quickly and effortlessly get rid of streaks on windows.

  1. Take 200 ml of water;
  2. Add a few grains of powder so that the solution is light pink (as shown in the picture below).

Stir thoroughly so that there is no sediment, as the grains can scratch the glass.

Tea

Everyone loves to drink tea, but tea is good not only in a cup. A solution of strong tea and a spoonful of vinegar copes well with dirt and leaves no streaks.

  1. Take your favorite sprayer and apply the resulting solution to the glass;
  2. rinse with clean tap water;
  3. rub with newspapers for a better effect.

Ammonia

This is not a random choice, because ammonia is included in many window cleaning products. Ammonia solution perfectly washes away ingrained dirt. After washing, you can wipe the windows with a newspaper, then your windows will be cleaner than your neighbors.

  1. Mix 2 tbsp. ammonia and 2 glasses of tap water;
  2. pour into a regular spray bottle and apply to the glass;
  3. wipe dry;

It will be more comfortable to work in a regular protective mask, because the smell is very strong. But it will evaporate instantly.

Starch

Regular potato starch has a unique chemical composition that prevents the formation of hydrogen bonds, and, as a result, blocks the appearance of streaks on glass.

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon of starch and 500 ml of warm water,
  2. apply the solution with a sponge,
  3. and wipe dry.

Corn flour works in the same way as starch. Dissolve 1 tbsp. spoon of flour in a liter of water at room temperature, pour the resulting solution into a spray bottle and use as a cleaning spray.

This is one of the simplest, but most effective methods.

  1. Grate half an onion;
  2. squeeze out a tablespoon of juice;
  3. dilute in a glass of warm water;
  4. wash the contaminated areas with a damp cloth;
  5. rinse with clean water and rub with a newspaper.

Why wipe windows with paper if there are special napkins for this? Newspapers have their own secret: the chemical composition of the ink allows you to rub windows until they shine. Thin, unpolished paper absorbs moisture better than fabric and, thanks to its structure, does not leave streaks.

Tooth powder

Nobody would think of brushing their teeth with powder these days. But you can make a homemade eco-friendly glass spray from it.

  1. Dissolve 2 tbsp. in a liter of water. spoons of tooth powder,
  2. spray on the glass
  3. and rub them until shiny with a microfiber cloth or nylon tights.

Due to the presence of gentle surfactants in the composition, the product will remove old dirt well and prevent the appearance of streaks.

A regular solution of table salt easily copes with dirt stains and gives glass a natural shine.

  1. Take a glass of warm water and dissolve 2 large spoons of salt (so that not a single grain remains);
  2. wash the windows with the resulting solution;
